Banana Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pkg 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 medium bananas
- 1 baked 9 inch pie shell or graham wafer crust
- Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature, and whip until light and fluffy with sweetened condensed milk. Beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well. Slice 2 bananas; line pie shell; add filling. Chill for about 2 hours.
- Topping: Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Then add sugar and additional tsp of vanilla. Milk until well incorporated.
- Garnish top of pie with whipped cream swirls. Slice the third banana and garish pie.
