Peanut butter Bread

Peanut butter bread 

This recipe is from the Great Depression and is sure to become a family favorite. This low sugar quick bread is great with a cup of coffee or tea. It is great for breakfast or as a mid day pick me up snack.

2 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 ⅓ cup milk
½ cup peanut butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.  Add in milk and peanut butter.  Mix everything until well combined/

Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour.
