Banana Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 baked 9 inch pie shell or graham wafer crust
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature, and whip until light and fluffy with sweetened condensed milk. Beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well. Slice 2 bananas; line pie shell; add filling. Chill for about 2 hours.
  • Topping: Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Then add sugar and additional tsp of vanilla. Milk until well incorporated.
  • Garnish top of pie with whipped cream swirls. Slice the third banana and garish pie.
