Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature, and whip until light and fluffy with sweetened condensed milk. Beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well. Slice 2 bananas; line pie shell; add filling. Chill for about 2 hours.
Topping: Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Then add sugar and additional tsp of vanilla. Milk until well incorporated.
Garnish top of pie with whipped cream swirls. Slice the third banana and garish pie.
