Quesadillas 

8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
3 cups (12-ounces) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 cups (8-ounces) Cheddar cheese, shredded
Sliced chicken
Sliced black olives, optional
Chopped green onion
Diced tomatoes
Watkins Salt,  Pepper & Adobo seasoning to taste
1. Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheet and bake 1½ minutes.
2. Remove from oven and sprinkle four tortillas with cheese and remaining ingredients. Top with remaining tortillas. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with sour cream,salsa or guacamole.
