Quesadillas 

Ingredients
  

  • 8 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 3 cups 12-ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups 8-ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Sliced chicken
  • Sliced black olives optional
  • Chopped green onion
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Watkins Salt Pepper & Adobo seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheet and bake 1½ minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle flour tortillas with cheese and remaining ingredients. Top with remaining tortillas. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with sour cream,salsa or guacamole.
