Natalie Schafer’s Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. can tuna
- Mayonnaise
- 2 chopped hard boiled eggs
- 1 green pepper finely chopped
- Few green onions finely chopped
- Worcestershire sauce lots
Instructions
- Mix and spread thickly on lightly toasted bread that has been spread on one side with mayonnaise. Put under broiler until slightly brown and heated through.
- Any left over mixture can be used as a salad.
