Irish Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of condensed milk 11 oz
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can of evaporated milk 13 1/2 oz
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant chocolate drink powder or chocolate syrup
  • 1/8 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tsp coffee granules
  • 1 cup Irish or rye whisky

Instructions
 

  • Put 1st 7 ingredients into blender.  Blend until Smooth.
  • Add whiskey.  Mix.  Pour into jar with tight fitting lid.
  • Store in refrigerator.  Pour over ice and enjoy!
  • Makes 5 cups (1.25 L).
