Irish Cream
Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk 11 oz
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can of evaporated milk 13 1/2 oz
- 1 Tbsp. Instant chocolate drink powder or chocolate syrup
- 1/8 tsp coconut extract
- 1 tsp coffee granules
- 1 cup Irish or rye whisky
Instructions
- Put 1st 7 ingredients into blender. Blend until Smooth.
- Add whiskey. Mix. Pour into jar with tight fitting lid.
- Store in refrigerator. Pour over ice and enjoy!
- Makes 5 cups (1.25 L).
