Irish Cream

1 can of condensed milk, 11 oz 
3 large eggs
1 can of evaporated milk, 13 1/2 oz
1 Tbsp. Instant chocolate drink powder or chocolate syrup
1/8 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp coffee granules
1 cup Irish (or rye) whisky

Put 1st 7 ingredients into blender.  Blend until Smooth.
Add whiskey.  Mix.  Pour into jar with tight fitting lid.   
Store in refrigerator.  Pour over ice and enjoy!

Makes 5 cups (1.25 L).
