- Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix baking soda into flour. Add flour and pecan. Work into a stiff dough. Roll in log shape, wrap in wax paper and put in icebox. When cookies are desired cut into thin slices , place rather far a part on a baking sheet and cook rather quick oven.*
