Chicken Wild Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked wild rice
- 3 cups chicken meat cubed
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Cook chicken in a frying pan until completely cooked. In a large bowl, add rice, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
