Chicken Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of cooked wild rice
  • 3 cups chicken meat cubed
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • cup chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook chicken in a frying pan until completely cooked.  In a large bowl,  add rice, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth.   Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
