Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- Mix cream cheese icing sugar and half the Cool V Spread on crumb base.
- 2 cups milk
- 1 large package each vanilla and chocolate instant pudding
Instructions
- Mix above together cookie crumbs, brown sugar and putter and press into a 9* x 13° pan. Put in freezer for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
- Combine milk & both puddings in a bowl and beat unit thickens: Spread over cream cheese layer. Chili and to remaining Cool Whip. Cut into squares.
