Barbecue Sauce

1 small tin tomato juice

½ cup dry sherry

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon soya Sauce

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons corn flour ( I would imagine this would be corn starch)

Simply mix together in saucepan all the above ingredients except the corn flour. Bring to boil and simmer for about minutes. Mix corn flour with tablespoons cold water to made a thin paste. And add to boiling sauce, stirring to thicken. Pour into a warm jug and serve immediately over chops, steak or grilled sausages. Delicious!
