Method
- Mix above together cookie crumbs, brown sugar and putter and press into a 9* x 13° pan. Put in freezer for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
- Combine milk & both puddings in a bowl and beat unit thickens: Spread over cream cheese layer. Chili and to remaining Cool Whip. Cut into squares.
