Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • Mix cream cheese icing sugar and half the Cool V Spread on crumb base.
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 large package each vanilla and chocolate instant pudding

Instructions
 

  • Mix above together cookie crumbs, brown sugar and putter and press into a 9* x 13° pan. Put in freezer for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
  • Combine milk & both puddings in a bowl and beat unit thickens: Spread over cream cheese layer. Chili and to remaining Cool Whip. Cut into squares.

Note: Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
