Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small tin tomato juice
  • ½ cup dry sherry
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon soya Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour I would imagine this would be corn starch

Instructions
 

  • Simply mix together in saucepan all the above ingredients except the corn flour. Bring to boil and simmer for about minutes. Mix corn flour with tablespoons cold water to made a thin paste. And add to boiling sauce, stirring to thicken. Pour into a warm jug and serve immediately over chops, steak or grilled sausages. Delicious!
