Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 large boiled potatoes slice thin
  • 2 white cooling onions diced fine, salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix lemon juice, sugar and mayonnaise. Pour the mixture over the potatoes, then stir in onions and salt.
