Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 3.4-ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2½ cups half and half
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon rum extract
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Combine ingredients in small mixing bowl; beat with rotary beater or lowest speed of mixer for about 2 minutes. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Makes about 3 cups.

Notes

​Options:  Substitutes for Watkins Rum extract:  Watkins Lemon Extract, Orange Extract,  Caramel Extract, Cherry Extract, Coconut Extract,  Raspberry Extract, & Strawberry Extract.
