Hamburger Wheels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped green peppers
  • cup chopped celery
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon granulated
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 can biscuit or pizza dough

Instructions
 

  • Cook meat and vegetables in a skillet until browned.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper to taste.   Mix well.   In a separate bowl, dissolve bouillon in hot water.  Add flour to hot bouillon and mix very well to dissolve flour.   Roll out biscuit dough to 10’ x 14” rectangle.  Spread mead on dough.  Roll like jelly roll.  Slice 1 “ thick.  Place slices on baking sheet.  Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.  Top with mushroom sauce.
  • Mushroom Sauce: Stir ½ cup milk into 1 can of condensed mushroom soup.  Heat, serve over Hamburger Wheels
  • Makes 6 servings.
