Egg Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ liquor drained from salmon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 chopped hard cooked egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Melt butter; blend in flour. Add milk, fish liquid, lemon juice and cool until thick. Just before serving add chopped hard cooked egg. Garnish with parsley.
