Cranberry Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 6 – 8 pork chops
  • ½ cup flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp oil or butter
  • 2 cups cranberries fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cloves
  • ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Dredge chops in flour mixture, brown in oil or butter in a skillet. Mix cranberries with remaining ingredients. Place chops in shallow baking dish in a single layer. Top with cranberry mixture.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
