chocolate chips (2 cups)

sugar

hot water

salt
Instructions
Melt Chipits over hot water and stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, blending well. Place over direct heat and boil 3 minutes. Makes 2 cups syrup. Store in refrigerator.
