Spray and coat the cavities of a muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide a sheet of puff pastry into 12 sections.
Take a piece of dough and press it evenly into the muffin tin cavities. Add the canned apple pie filling to a bowl. Break up the large apple slices into bite size chunks, Then add cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.
To each shell add 1 piece of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon apple pie filling and top with 1 tsp crushed pecan. If desired you can pre bake the pastry shells then fill and bake until done.
Bake for 17 minutes or until done.
