Mexican Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 – 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups 16 ounce jar salsa
- 1 large can of sliced black olives drained
- 1 large or 2 small cloves of finely chopped garlic
Instructions
- Beat chicken breast to uniform thickness. Add chicken breast to a casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 packet of taco seasoning over chicken. Finely chop garlic and add to top of chicken. Next pour salsa over chicken. Top the dish with drained black olives.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Notes
Great served with rice and a salad.
