Hamburger Wheels
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped green peppers
- ⅓ cup chopped celery
- ¾ tsp salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon granulated
- ½ cup hot water
- 1 can biscuit or pizza dough
Instructions
- Cook meat and vegetables in a skillet until browned. Sprinkle with salt, pepper to taste. Mix well. In a separate bowl, dissolve bouillon in hot water. Add flour to hot bouillon and mix very well to dissolve flour. Roll out biscuit dough to 10’ x 14” rectangle. Spread mead on dough. Roll like jelly roll. Slice 1 “ thick. Place slices on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with mushroom sauce.
- Mushroom Sauce: Stir ½ cup milk into 1 can of condensed mushroom soup. Heat, serve over Hamburger Wheels
- Makes 6 servings.
