Freezer Ice Cream (Basic Vanilla Ice cream Base)
Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla or desired extract
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Your desired mix ins
Instructions
- Pour whipping cream in a bowl and whip until almost thick. Then add salt & vanilla or extract. Continue to whip until thickened and peaks form. Add a little condensed milk and fold in to whip cream mixture. Repeat until all the condensed milk has been added. Fold and mix well. Then add desired add-ins. Pour in a 9x 5 loaf pan. Freeze until firm. Enjoy!
