Cranberry Pork Chops
6 – 8 pork chops
½ cup flour
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp oil or butter
2 cups cranberries fresh or frozen
¾ cup water
¾ cup sugar
½ cup honey
¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground Cloves
¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
Dredge chops in flour mixture, brown in oil or butter in a skillet. Mix cranberries with remaining ingredients. Place chops in shallow baking dish in a single layer. Top with cranberry mixture.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
