Hamburger Wheels
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup chopped onions
¼ cup chopped green peppers
⅓ cup chopped celery
¾ tsp salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1 bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon granulated
½ cup hot water
1 can biscuit or pizza dough
Cook meat and vegetables in a skillet until browned. Sprinkle with salt, pepper to taste. Mix well. In a separate bowl, dissolve bouillon in hot water. Add flour to hot bouillon and mix very well to dissolve flour. Roll out biscuit dough to 10’ x 14” rectangle. Spread mead on dough. Roll like jelly roll. Slice 1 “ thick. Place slices on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with mushroom sauce.
Mushroom Sauce:
Stir ½ cup milk into 1 can of condensed mushroom soup. Heat, serve over Hamburger Weels
