Mexican Chicken

3 – 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)

1 packet taco seasoning

2 cups (16 ounce) jar salsa 

1 large can of sliced black olives, drained

1 large or 2 small cloves of finely chopped garlic

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Beat chicken breast to uniform thickness.  Add chicken breast to a casserole dish.  Sprinkle 1 packet of taco seasoning over chicken.  Finely chop garlic and add to top of chicken.   Next pour salsa over chicken.   Top the dish with drained black olives.   

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Great served with rice and a salad.
