Full Fat Milk – This adds a creamy richness.

Pastry Pie Shell – unbaked, either made from scratch or store bought.

Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 sugar
- 1 tsp Watkins Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Watkins Allspice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 1 cup full fat milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Instructions
- In a large bowl mash sweet peeled sweet potatoes. Add sugar, cinnamon, all spice & salt to sweet potatoes. The slowly add milk, well beaten eggs & melted butter to the sweet potato mixture. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour mixture into and unbaked pie shell. Bake at a 350 degree oven for 40 – 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
