Method
- In a large bowl mash sweet peeled sweet potatoes. Add sugar, cinnamon, all spice & salt to sweet potatoes. The slowly add milk, well beaten eggs & melted butter to the sweet potato mixture. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour mixture into and unbaked pie shell. Bake at a 350 degree oven for 40 – 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
