Orange Chicken Delight
6 chicken Breasts or 3 split in ½ half horizontally
1 tablespoon freshly ground orange peel
2 teaspoons ground ginger
¼ cup oil
¼ cup honey
¼ cup orange juice
1 orange chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees .
Place chicken breasts in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In a bowl combine oil, honey, orange juice, orange peel & ginger. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Pour over chicken breasts. Top with the chopped orange.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
