You will need:
A graham wafer pie crust
bananas
lemon juice
vanilla or strawberry ice cream
strawberries
whipped topping
chocolate sauce
peanuts
maraschino cherries

Make 1 graham wafer pie crust. Alternatively you can use a premade one that has been purchased from the store.

Slice your bananas into circles Then take your sliced bananas and place them in a bowl and toss them in lemon juice. Place a layer of bananas on top of the graham wafer pie crust.
Scoop out your ice cream and spread an even layer over top of the bananas with a spatula or knife.
Wash and dry strawberries. Once your strawberries are dry, slice your strawberries into thin slices. If fresh strawberries are not available to you can also use sliced frozen strawberries. Layer a single layer of strawberries on top of the ice cream layer.
Scoop out whipped topping and pile it on top of the single layer of strawberries. Spread the whipped topping out evenly over the strawberry layer.
Drizzle chocolate sauce over top of the whipped topping.
Top your pie with crushed peanuts and or maraschino cherries if desired. Freeze your pie until you are ready to serve. When you are ready to serve your pie take your pie out of the freezer 15 – 30 minutes before slicing.

Ingredients
- 1 – 9 inch graham wafer pie crust. Homemade or purchased.
- 2 – 3 bananas sliced
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 pint vanilla or strawberry ice cream, softened
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Chocolate Sauce
- Peanuts (optional)
- Maraschino Cherries (optional)
Directions
- Slice bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice, stirring to coat. Arrange sliced bananas on bottom of pie crust.
- Spoon ice cream over bananas and spread evenly.
- Slice strawberries. Arrange sliced strawberries over ice cream layer.
- Spread whipped topping over top of the strawberries.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with peanuts and maraschino cherries if desired,
- Freeze. THEN cover with plastic wrap if making several hours or days ahead.
- Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving,
- If desired serve with more chocolate sauce.
