Tips for the Best Banana Muffins

  • Use overripe bananas – The darker the banana, the sweeter and more flavorful your muffins will be.
  • Don’t overmix the batter – Stir until just combined for light, fluffy muffins.
  • Add a crunchy topping – Sprinkle coarse sugar or a cinnamon crumble on top before baking for extra texture.
  • Make them healthier – Swap half the flour for whole wheat, reduce the sugar, or add flaxseeds for a fiber boost.
