Banana Apple Waldorf
2 cups of diced apples
1 large banana sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
½ cup broken walnuts
½ cup flaked coconut
¼ cup salad dressing (mayonnaise)
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp lemon juice
dash salt
½ cup whipping cream whipped with a dash of Watkins vanilla or Watkins pure almond extract
Combine first five ingredients. Blend next four ingredients. Fold whipped cream into dressing . Fold dressing gently into apple mixture. Chill. Spoon on lettuce. Serves 6
