Sour Cream

Green Onions

Sharp or Aged Cheddar Cheese

Make Ahead Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 large potatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • Dash or pepper

Method
 

  1. Boil then mash potatoes. In a large bowl place sour cream, onion, cheese, salt & pepper . Mix well. Add potatoes. Pour into a buttered 9×13 baking dish. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F for 80 minutes. May garnish with parsley or paprika.
