Ingredients
Method
- Cook noodles and line bottom of a greased 9×13″ pan with them. In medium bowl mix cottage cheese, egg and minced / granulated onion. Spoon over noodles and spread, then cover with layer of noodles. Mix potatoes, salt, minced/ granulated onion and pepper. Spread over noodles. Top with cheese. Cover with layer of noodles. Melt butter, add onions and saute until clear. Pour over noodles. Cover. Bake 30 minutes in 350°F oven.
- Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
